“I’m definitely keeping it up – had hot lemon Juice and now juicing my lunch – Feel great, lost 3lbs thoroughly love every minute and want to do one every six months. A magnificently relaxing and superbly orchestrated three days. It exceeded all my expectations and I recommend it to EVERYONE”… xxxx

“ Sephie’s food is amazing – raw food is a real eye opener and way tastier than I ever imagined possible-yum”

“I expected a Juice only weekend to be a struggle, I could not have been more wrong. Julie’s gentle and knowledgeable guidance, the simple pleasures of making juices together with a wonderful group of new friends, scenic walks and relaxing meditation were like walking into welcoming arms rather than the jarring kick start I had expected. I fell under the spell of this new way of life and cannot wait to return”

“I was feeling very sluggish and down before my first juicing retreat..In fact, so vacant that I didn’t really know what I had signed up for. After the retreat I was a changed woman. I had a spring in my step and was really inspired to take on new projects and have loads more fun”

Lana Spitz graduated from the Swedish Institute of Massage in New York in 1993. Her massage is based on their technique of deep tissue, which releases stress and helps circulate the blood bringing oxygen to the organs and muscles.
Lana then graduated in 1999 from “It’s Yoga” in San Francisco, learning the Astanga series. She has since developed her own style, incorporating a challenging and fun practice, yet also adapting it to meet everybody’s individual needs. Lana teaches different styles and formats, including a more relaxed Yin stretch type of Yoga that gets deeply into the tendons as well as the muscle fibres.
Lana then continued her training as a hypnotherapist to do Past Life Regression and Life Between Life Regression.
